Warranty Support Agreement

Price will vary based on the S/N, age and size of your Confer III audio bridge system. Warranty support agreements are available for years 2 and on.

All extended warranty agreements include telephone support/diagnostics, and “Advance Replacement” if it is determined that your system needs to be returned to Forum for testing. An “Advance Replacement” unit or components are via 2nd Day Air. The original component is to be returned to Forum within 5 business days after receipt of the replacement or Forum will invoice for the full value of the replacement board/unit. Certain custom modifications (such as 4-wire connections) may require additional charges.

Advance replacement is limited to three per year per board. Certain board failures may not be covered.

Migration Path

Forum allows you to upgrade your Confer III to a ALERT Plus or Confer SE system, should you need the enhanced collaboration or control functions. The Confer SE system includes dynamic port allocation and T1 availability. Forum also offers a trade-in program, when a customer wishes to migrate to the Consortium II Conference System and its more robust conference functions, including Outlook and web interfaces.
