The Consortium Remote Annual Support Agreement includes telephone support, advance replacement and remote pcAnywhere support. Remote Support customers will also receive a 20% discount should you require an on-site support visit. Consortium Upgrade Path

Forum engineers are constantly integrating new technology and functionality into the stable and reliable Consortium Conference System.

Forum Communications offers the following Migration Path:

Consortium (2000 and prior) can be upgraded with faster Pentium processor, additional 128 mb memory, larger hard drive (18 GB), faster CD Rom, faster LAN interface (10/100) and updated Consortium 4.5 software. The upgrade program provides a forklift upgrade with all new chassis, conference cards and AGT1 card(s).

Purchase your forklift upgrade now and receive one additional year of manufacturer's warranty.

Consortium (2001 and later) can be upgraded with the latest Consortium Version 4.5 software. And new software, hardware and OS systems as they become available. Consortium 4.5 is Windows 2000 compatible.

For maximum efficiency, add WEBMEET capability for confidential file sharing, instant messaging and web presentations.

Certain older Consortium systems may require hardware upgrades to be eligible for support agreements or software upgrades. On-site visits and advance replacements may be limited to 3 per year.
