Our products can easily be upgraded as new technology is released via hardware or software upgrades, forklift upgrade or trade-in.
Our updated Customer Care Department now has the history of your conference bridge at their fingertips. Our recently streamlined customer data base shows us when your bridge was purchased, what kind of PBX or phone system it was installed on and the latest information on software upgrades and warranty. We are also field testing a new warranty reminder program to help assure continuous coverage for your very valuable conference call system.

Confer III Warranty
Forum Communications International warrants against defects in material and workmanship for twelve (12) months from date of shipment. The manufacturer's warranty covers telephone support and return for repair. Once repaired, equipment will be returned via 2nd day air. Next Day Air is available for an additional charge.
If a system is not performing up to expectations, it may be due to telephone
lines, connectivity issues, changes in PBX or network programming, power
fluctuation or equipment malfunction. Forum Customer Care technicians will
perform remote diagnostics and will ask for assistance in eliminating the
symptoms or testing the system. Our Customer Care Technicians, Product Specialists,
Engineers and Account Management work together to provide you with the best
possible solution. With new options and solutions available, your Account
Manager can help you reassess your current conference call needs and provide
you with a migration path to upgrade your dependable Forum system, as needed.
