User Requirements

• Any Windows 2000/XP PC
• Any browser(IE,Firefox,or Netscape) with Java plugin
• Internet connection with better than 56 kb/s upload
  speed(DSL recommended).

User Privileges

• Host
  • creates and initiates the Conference
  • has the full control of the Conference
  • has the ability to transfer the Presenter Privilege
  • can revoke the Presenter Privilege from the participant
  • extensive log reports can be generated.
• Participant
  • invited by Host
  • collaborative browsing privileges
  • instant messaging and chat
  • Presenter Privilege (includes white board control and desktop sharing) when transferred from Host
  • can switch between conferences through the Conference Panel.
