We are seeking a highly motivated and capable support engineer to provide technical assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VoIP Communications and preferred exposure to testing and supporting VoIP systems. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and customers, troubleshooting complex issues, training peer level support team members and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The candidate must show proficiency using VoIP/IP signaling and media troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, IP Scanner, PuTTY, IPconfig, Traceroute, Netstat and others. Some experience with Linux and commands, knowledge of TLS signaling and certificates provisioning will be preferred. Proven track record of technical customer support is required.
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent field experience is fine
