We are seeking a highly motivated and capable installation and support engineer/technician to deploy and provide technical assistance for our Emergency Notification Systems. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of VoIP Communications and preferred exposure to testing and supporting VoIP systems. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for installing, configuring and testing Forum Emergency Notification systems and secondarily providing technical support to customers and resellers.
The candidate must show some proficiency using VoIP/IP signaling and media troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, PuTTY, Traceroute, and others. Some experience with Linux and commands, knowledge of TLS signaling and certificates provisioning will be preferred. Proven track record of technical customer support is required. On-job training will be provided.

Associate Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent field experience is fine
